Our spec homes are anything but ordinary. Our current arsenal contains 6 floor plans that can be customized to your taste. As we grow, additional plans will be available.

So far, all our homes have been built on acreage Northeast of Conroe, Texas.
Current floor plans range from 1400-3200 square feet of living area, with alternates available upon request.

ADJUSTING FLOOR PLAN
Adjustments can be made if desired at an additional cost and with meetings with our dedicated architect. Cost and timeline will be affected in correlation to the adjustments.
NEW FLOOR PLANS
A new floor plan can be made with our dedicated architect, though this would be considered a custom home and timelines can stretch depending on the scope of the project. For a custom home and quote, please contact us.

BUILD TIMELINE
Depending on factors in and out of our control, our current lead time is estimated at about 7-9 months if an existing floor plan is chosen. A custom plan, heavy land clearing, permitting wait times and more can easily delay any building processes, though we’d do our best to meet your desired move-in date.
HOME INSPECTION
Each home is inspected at pivotal points in the construction process for warranty purposes. Before closing, each client is welcome to hire and pay for their own separate inspector to inspect the home after the traditional blue-tape walkthrough.
HOME INSPECTION
